Gillian and Nate Baudo are both second generation real estate professionals and have been in the business for almost 20 years. This experience shows in their professionalism and knowledge. As investors, builders and salespeople, they understand market trends and value.

Gillian and Nate love "real estate-ing" and share this passion with their customers when looking at homes. Both are known as ethical in all of their relationships with others, offering customer care with integrity and honesty.

Nate was raised in Ruidoso, NM and received his MBA from the NMSU PGM program. He was a golf professional before his career in Real Estate. Nate is a general contractor and owner of Baudo Builds. Gillian is from the New York City area, received her BA from Brown University and spent many years in the non-profit and marketing worlds. She is currently a Yoga Instructor as well as Real Estate agent.

The Baudos have lived in New Mexico for almost 20 years, moving to Ruidoso in 2009 to raise their family. They enjoy sharing this beautiful mountain area with clients, especially their favorite hiking spots and places to eat.
